Bài nghiên cứu đánh giá mức độ hài lòng về tư vấn sử dụng thuốc trên bệnh nhân cao tuổi ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Trường Đại học Trà Vinh và mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan đến mức độ hài lòng thông qua tiến hành khảo sát trên 385 bệnh nhân cao tuổi. Kết quả cho thấy, điểm trung bình mức độ hài lòng khá cao, ở mức 4,00 ± 0,74 và có 4 yếu tố liên quan đến điểm hài lòng về tư vấn, gồm: giới tính, tuổi, trình độ học vấn, số bệnh mắc phải.This study evaluated the satisfaction of elderly outpatients at Tra Vinh University Hospital with drug use consultation. The study also described some factors related to the satisfaction of elderly outpatients, based on a survey of 385 elderly patients. The study’s results showed that the average satisfaction score is quite high, at 4.00 ± 0.74, and there are four factors affecting the drug use consultation satisfaction of elderly outpatients, including gender, age, education level, and number of acquữed diseases.
