This paper analyzed Germany’s health insurance regulations, the similarities and differences between German health insurance regulations and those of Vietnam, and experience in improving Vietnam’s health insurance regulations based on those of Germany. This paper is expected to improve Vietnam’s legal system to better meet cuưent practical needs.Trong phạm vi bài viết, tác giả tập trung phân tích: (i) Phân tích quy định pháp luật về bảo hiểm y tế (BHYT) ở Đức, (ii) Phân tích những điểm tương đồng và khác biệt pháp luật BHYT của Đức và Việt Nam, (iii) Kinh nghiệm hoàn thiện pháp luật BHYT ở Việt Nam từ pháp luật BHYT ở Đức. Qua đó góp phần hoàn thiện hệ thống pháp luật ngày một hoàn thiện, đầy đủ hơn, đáp ứng được nhu cầu thực tế hiện nay.
