Công nghệ thông tin đang được ứng dụng ngày càng nhiều trong lĩnh vực du lịch và đã mang lại những hiệu quả thiết thực. Ngành Du lịch khuyến khích các doanh nghiệp du lịch tiếp cận ứng dụng công nghệ để xây dựng, phát triển các sản phẩm du lịch thông minh. Hiện nay, một số tỉnh, thành phố trên cả nước đã ứng dụng thành công công nghệ vào du lịch giúp sản phẩm du lịch trở nên sinh động, hấp dẫn hon. Bài viết nêu thực trạng ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong du lịch tại một số tỉnh, thành phố, từ đó đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm thúc đẩy ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vào du lịch thông minh.Information technology is being applied more and more in the tourism sector, and it has brought practical results. The tourism industry encourages tourism businesses to apply technological advances to develop and launch smart tourism products. Currently, a number of provinces and cities across Vietnam have successfully applied technological advances to make tourism products livelier and more attractive. This paper presented the current application of technological advances in the tourism sector in some Vietnamese provinces and cities. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions were proposed to promote the use of information technology in the development of smart tourism.
