Investment capital of the entire society is all capital expenditure to increase or maintain production capacity and resources to improve the material and spiritual living standards of the entire society in a certain period of time (month, quarter, and year). This paper presented the results achieved in the process of removing difficulties for businesses, promoting production and business, and attracting investment recovery, focusing on the investment capital of the entire society. Through analyzing the current situation of the entire society’s attracting investment capital in 2023, this paper proposed some solutions to remove bottlenecks in capital sources and increase investment capital attraction in the coming time.Vốn đầu tư thực hiện toàn xã hội là toàn bộ tiền vốn bỏ ra (chi tiêu) để làm tăng hoặc duy trì năng lực sản xuất và nguồn lực để nâng cao mức sống vật chất và tinh thần của toàn xã hội trong một thời kỳ nhất định (tháng, quý, năm). Bài viết đã nêu những kết quả đạt được trong quá trình tháo gỡ khó khăn cho doanh nghiệp, thúc đẩy sản xuất - kinh doanh, thu hút đầu tư phục hồi trong đó tập trung vào phần vốn đầu tư toàn xã hội. Qua phân tích thực trạng thu hút vốn đầu tư toàn xã hội năm 2023, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm khơi thông nguồn vốn và gia tăng thu hút vốn đầu tư trong thời gian tới.
