Bài viết đi sâu phân tích nguyên nhân của tình trạng giảm tốc trong tăng trưởng kinh tế của Việt Nam năm 2023 so với năm 2022 trong bối cảnh nền kinh tế thế giới bị ảnh hưởng nặng nề bởi dịch bệnh, chiến tranh, khí hậu. Nguyên nhân chính của việc sụt giảm tốc độ tăng trưởng là do suy giảm tổng cầu trên cả 3 mặt, gồm: xuất khẩu, đầu tư và tiêu dùng. Trên tinh thần phân tích nguyên nhân, bài viết cũng nêu lên các triển vọng và rủi ro mà nền kinh tế nước ta phải đối mặt, cũng như đề xuất một số đề xuất nhằm khắc phục sự suy yếu tổng cầu và góp phần thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh tế đạt mục tiêu mà Chính phủ đề ra năm 2024.This paper deeply analyzed the causes of the slowdown in Vietnam’s economic growth in 2023 compared to 2022, when the world economy was heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, war, and climate change. The main cause of the decline in growth rate is the decline in aggregate demand on all three fronts, including exports, investment, and consumption. This study analyzed these causes and highlighted the prospects and risks that Vietnam’s economy faces. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions were proposed to support the economy, overcome the weakening of aggregate demand, and achieve the growth rate goal set by the government this year.
