(iii) một số đề xuất và kiến nghị.This article examines the fundamental issues concerning the control of transactions between joint-stock companies and related parties under the Enterprise Law 2020, as amended and supplemented in 2022, with the following contents: (i) the necessity of controlling transactions between joint-stock companies and related parties
(ii) an evaluation of the provisions of the Enterprise Law 2020 regarding the control of transactions between joint-stock companies and related parties
and (iii) some proposals and recommendations.
