Công nghiệp bán dẫn là lĩnh vực trọng điểm trong chiến lược phát triển đất nước. Bên cạnh tiềm năng về khoáng sản, để phát triển công nghiệp bán dẫn, yếu tố cốt lõi là nguồn nhân lực. Tuy nhiên, nguồn nhân lực của Việt Nam trong ngành bán dẫn đang vừa thiếu về số lượng, vừa hạn chế về chuyên môn sâu. Bài nghiên cứu từ phân tích ma trận SWOT, để chỉ ra định hướng chiến lược về sự mở rộng hợp tác quốc tế trong đào tạo nhân lực và đầu tư sản xuất, chú trọng các đối tác có công nghệ tiên tiến nhất, hướng đến làm chủ công nghệ cốt lõi của Việt Nam. Bài viết cũng đưa ra một số khuyến nghị nhằm phát triển nhân lực cho ngành công nghiệp bán dẫn của Việt Nam.The semiconductor industry is considered a key field in Vietnam’s development strategy. Besides the strength of mineral resources, to develop the semiconductor industry, the core factor is human resources. However, Vietnam's human resources for the semiconductor industry are both lacking in terms of quantity and expertise. In this study, the SWOT matrix was used to find out the strategic directions for the development of Vietnam’s semiconductor industry. These development directions include the expansion of international cooperation in human resource training, investment in production activities, and cooperation with partners that own the most advanced technology in order to help Vietnam master core technology. This study also made some recommendations to develop human resources for Vietnam's semiconductor industry.
