Bài viết nghiên cứu các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến quyết định tham gia du lịch cộng đồng (TGDLCĐ) của người dân tại xã Bình Thuận, huyện Bình Sơn, tỉnh Quảng Ngãi. Kết quả nghiên cứu định lượng cho thấy quyết định tham gia hoạt động du lịch cộng đồng bị tác động bởi 8 nhân tố như giả thuyết đưa ra ban đầu. Một số hàm ý quản trị cũng được nêu ra trong nghiên cứu để gợi ý cho các nhà quản lý du lịch, người dân địa phương và các doanh nghiệp du lịch tham khảo để phát triển du lịch cộng đồng tại địa phương.This study explored the factors affecting local people's decision to participate in community-based tourism in Binh Thuan commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province. The study’s quantitative research results showed that the decision of local people to participate in community-based tourism activities is influenced by eight factors as initially hypothesized. Some management implications were proposed to help tourism managers, local people, and tourism businesses develop local community-based tourism.
