Bài viết phân tích về thực trạng công tác bảo trì tại doanh nghiệp sản xuất nước sạch. Kết quả nghiên cứu tại Công ty Nước sạch Waco cho thấy, trình độ người lao động bộ phận bảo trì chưa đáp ứng yêu cầu, chỉ số khả năng bảo trì, hỗ trợ bảo trì, độ tin cậy, khả năng sẵn sàng và hiệu suất tổng thể thiết bị còn thấp. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp để nâng cao hiệu quả công tác bảo trì tại doanh nghiệp.This paper analyzed the current maintenance work at water suppliers, especially at the WACO Water Limited Company. The paper’s findings showed that the ability and skills of workers in the company’s maintenance department does not meet the requirements. In addition, the maintainability, maintenance support, reliability, and availability indexes are still low. Based on the paper's findings, some solutions were proposed to improve the maintenance work of WACO Water Limited Company.
