Khảo sát mô hình bệnh tật người cao tuổi đến khám và điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện huyện Củ Chi năm 2023. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu hồi cứu qua hồ sơ quản lý bệnh nhân được thực hiện trên người cao tuổi đến khám và điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện huyện Củ Chi trong năm 2023. Người bệnh đến khám được chẩn đoán với một mã bệnh riêng tính là một ca bệnh. Kết quả: Nghiên cứu ghi nhận 10.691 người cao tuổi tương ứng 23.871 ca bệnh và 77.586 lượt khám và điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện huyện Củ Chi trong năm 2023. Cơ cấu nữ giới gấp hơn 1,5 lần so với nam (62,1% và 37,9%). Nhóm tuổi 60-69 chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất (62,1%). 5 chương bệnh phổ biến nhất bao gồm chương IX: Bệnh lý hệ tuần hoàn (20,6%)
chương XIII: Bệnh hệ cơ, xương khớp và mô liên kết (17,4%)
Chương XI: Bệnh hệ tiêu hóa (10,1%)
Chương VII: Bệnh mắt và phần phụ của mắt (9,3%)
Chương XIX: Tổn thương, ngộ độc và một số hậu quả ngoại sinh (9,2%). Tương ứng 3 bệnh có tỷ lệ mắc cao nhất lần lượt là tăng huyết áp (17,7%), đái tháo đường type 2 (4,3%) và đau cơ (4,3%). 4/10 mã bệnh có tỷ lệ mắc hàng đầu thuộc nhóm bệnh hệ cơ, xương khớp (chiếm tổng số 13,9%). Kết luận: Mô hình bệnh tật người cao tuổi đến khám và điều trị ngoại trú tại bệnh viện huyện Củ Chi chủ yếu là các bệnh mạn tính không lây trong đó chủ yếu là tăng huyết áp và đái tháo đường type 2 và các bệnh lý cơ xương khớp.The present study aimed to survey the disease model among the elderly who went to and were outpatients of Cu Chi District Hospital in 2023. Method: A retrospective study through patient records was conducted on the elderly who went to and were outpatients of Cu Chi District Hospital in 2023. Results: 10,691 patients corresponding to 23,871 cases and 77,586 turns of outpatients were recorded in Cu Chi District Hospital in 2023. The proportion of female patients was 1.5 times higher than male patients, respectively 62.1% and 37.9%. 60-69 years was the age group with the highest percentage of study participants (62.1%). The top 10 most popular disease chapters included chapter IX: Disease of the Circulatory System (20.6%), chapter XIII: Disease of the Musculoskeletal System and connective tissues (17.4%), chapter XI: Diseases of the Digestive System (10.1%), chapter VII: Diseases of the eye and adnexa (9.3%), and chapter XIX: Injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes (9.2%). The top diseases included hypertension (17.7%), diabetes type 2 (4.3%), and soft tissue pain (4.3%) as top 3. There were 4 out of 10 diseases belonged to Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue. Conclusion: Noncommunicable diseases took a high percentage in the disease model of the elderly who came and were outpatients at Cu Chi District Hospital. Hypertension, diabetes type 2, musculoskeletal system and connective tissue were diseases with the highest proportion of patients.
