Finding, experimenting and establishing an institution in order to promote and develop sustainably is an important issue that is paid much attention by government and authorities. Building a state - government of facilitating development, serving people is one of the basic works to meet such a need. From the definition of "Government of facilitating development, serving people" and the practical situation of Quang Ngai provincial government in recent years, this paper suggests some solutions to build Quang Ngai provincial government in the orientation of facilitating development, serving people.Tìm kiếm, thể nghiệm và tạo lập thể chế để phát triển và phát triển bền vững là vấn đề quan trọng mà mọi chủ thể cầm quyền, mọi chính phủ đặc biệt quan tâm. Xây dựng nhà nước - chính quyền kiến tạo phát triển, phục vụ nhân dân là một trong những cách thức cơ bản để đáp ứng yêu cầu này.
