Ngày 30/12/2016 Bộ tài chính đã ban hành Thông tư số 344/2016/TT-BTC Quy định về quản lý ngân sách xã và các hoạt động tài chính khác ở xã, phường, thị trấn. Bài viết muốn đề cập đến một số vấn đề cần quan tâm liên quan đến những quy định trong Thông tư này với mong muốn các quy định sẽ phù hợp với yêu cầu thực tiễn và Thông tư sẽ thật phát huy tác dụng tích cực trong công tác quản lý ngân sách xã.On December 30, 2016, the Ministry of Finance promulgated the Circular No. 344/2016/TT-BTC providing regulations on the management of commune budget and other financial activities in communes, wards and district townships. The article aims at addressing some issues related to the provisions of this Circular with the expectation that the regulations will be in line with the practical requirements and that the Circular will prove itself positively in commune budget management.
