Luật đất đai năm 2013 được Quốc hội khóa XIII kỳ họp thứ 6 thông qua ngày 29/11/2013 và có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01/07/2014. Luật này có nhiều quy định mới, nhiều thay đổi đáng kể đã khắc phục, giải quyết được nhiều tồn tại, hạn chế so với Luật đất đai năm 2013. Tuy nhiên, một số quy định trong luật đất đai năm 2013 vẫn còn nhiều bất cập trong quá trình thi hành.The Land Law 2013 was approved by the 13th National Assembly, the sixth session dated November 29th, 2013 and became effective from the date of January 7th, 2014. This Law has many new regulations and significant changes. It has overcome many problems in comparison with the Land Law 2003. However, there are still some shortcomings in the process of implementation of this Law. In this article, the author only refers to several shortcomings relating to jurisdiction over land dispute settlement today.
