Phân tích thực trạng chuyển dịch cơ cấu lao động tại xã Quảng Phú, huyện Quảng Điền, tỉnh Thừa Thiên Huế trong bối cảnh công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa (cụ thể là giai đoạn từ 2004 đến 2013) theo hai hướng:theo ngành và theo vùng địa lý. Ngoài việc làm rõ xu hướng chuyển dịch cơ cấu lao động nói chung, quá trình chuyển dịch này cũng được phân tích trên hai yếu tố nhân khẩu liên quan mật thiết đến người lao động gồm: giới tính và trình độ chuyên môn kỹ thuật. Từ đó, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp góp phần thúc đẩy quá trình chuyển dịch cơ cấu lao động nông thôn bền vững, đáp ứng yêu cầu công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa đất nước.The paper analyzes the current status quo of lifting of labor structure in Quang Phu commune, Quang Dien district, Thua Thien Hue Province in the context of industrialization and modernization (period 2004-2013) in two directions as follows: lifting of labor structure by sectors and transfer of labor structure by regions. Along with clarifying the trend of labor movement in general, the transfer of labor structure is also taken into account on two demographic factors closely relating to employees: gender and qualifications. From the bases, the paper propose solutions to promote the process of lifting of rural labor structure in a sustainable way, which meet the requirements resulting from the process of industrialization and modernization.
