The direct cause of safety accidents is the unsafe behavior of production personnel. The fundamental approach to reducing all types of accidents is to prevent and control the occurrence of unsafe behavior among production personnel. This article identifies the cases of safety accidents in the past 3 years, analyzes the typical unsafe behaviors in the accidents, constructs the correlation network of unsafe behaviors and their characteristics, conducts the correlation analysis of unsafe behaviors and characteristic elements based on the correlation rules, determines the common characteristics of unsafe behaviors and puts forward the targeted measures. The results indicate that there is a significant correlation between typical unsafe behaviors of production personnel and 'lack of safety awareness', 'insufficient knowledge and skills' and 'lack of safety education'. The study provides scientific and reliable support for the pre-control and governance of unsafe behaviors in production enterprises.
