Background: The aim of this study to evaluate the value of ultrasound and MRCP for diagnosis of choledoque stones, especially oddi stones - the location of stones usually was viewed difficultly. Materials and methods: retrospective, prospective and cross-sectional study. Results: 31 patients, including 26 patients with choledoque stones. These were applied ultrasound and MRCP to diagnose before operation. Female/Male was average age: 22-83. Diagnosis potential of ultrasound and MRCP with sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value were in the following orders: 84.6 percent
