Tài chính công đoàn là điều kiện đảm bảo cho hoạt động thực hiện quyền, trách nhiệm của công đoàn và duy trì hoạt động của hệ thống công đoàn Việt Nam. Vì vậy, tạo nguồn lực tài chính đủ mạnh để thực hiện nhiệm vụ cấp thiết của tổ chức công đoàn nói chung và tại các doanh nghiệp nói riêng thì các cấp công đoàn cần tập trung khai thác tốt nguồn thu tài chính công đoàn, giảm thất thu kinh phí, đoàn phí. Bài viết này phân tích thực trạng thu tài chính công đoàn tại các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam hiện nay, qua đó đề xuất một số hàm ý chính sách nhằm hạn chế thất thu tài chính công đoàn tại các doanh nghiệp Việt Nam.Union finances are essential for ensuring the exercise of UNI0N rights and responsibilities and for maintaining the operations of the Vietnamese UNI0N system. Therefore, to create a sufficiently strong financial resource to fulfill the urgent tasks of UNI0N organizations in general and within enterprises in particular, UNI0N levels need to focus on effectively exploiting UNI0N financial revenues and reducing revenue losses in terms of finance and UNI0N dues. This article will analyze the current state of UNI0N financial collection in Vietnamese enterprises and propose some policy implications to mitigate financial losses in UNI0N funds within Vietnamese enterprises.
