We previously developed a quantitative weight-of-evidence (QWoE) framework using prespecified scoring criteria for preclinical acetaminophen data to characterize potential developmental neurotoxicity outcomes with considerations for biological relevance of the response to adverse outcomes and the strength of methods and study design.
