Cà phê là một trong những loại thức uống được yêu thích trên thế giới và ngày càng phổ biến ở Việt Nam. Tuy nhiên, quá trình chế biến cà phê hiện nay tạo ra một lượng lớn nguyên liệu bị thải bỏ gây lãng phí và đang gây ra một số vấn đề môi trường nghiêm trọng. Do vậy, phát triển kinh tế tuần hoàn với mục tiêu tập trung vào ba khía cạnh chính: Tái chế, tái sử dụng và giảm thiểu chất thải từ quá trình chế biến cà phê chính là nhằm tối ưu hóa nguồn nguyên liệu, mang lại nhiều cơ hội kinh doanh, góp phần bảo vệ môi trường và đóng góp tích cực vào sự phát triển bền vững của ngành cà phê.Coffee is one of the most popular beverages globally and is becoming increasingly common in Vietnam. However, the current coffee processing methods generate a significant amount of waste material, leading to considerable resource wastage and serious environmental issues. Therefore, developing a circular economy focusing on three main aspects: recycling, reusing, and reducing waste from coffee processing is to aim at optimizing resources, creating numerous business opportunities, protecting the environment, and contributing positively to the sustainable development of the coffee industry.
