Bài viết phân tích các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số của ngành logistics tại vùng kinh tế phía Nam Việt Nam, thông qua việc sử dụng phương pháp PRISMA và sử dụng nguồn dữ liệu thứ cấp được thu thập từ các nghiên cứu trong và ngoài nước, bài viết đã xác định được các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến chuyển đổi số của ngành logistics tại vùng kinh tế phía Nam Việt Nam bao gồm cam kết chính trị, ưu đãi thuế quan, môi trường văn hóa, xã hội, kinh tế, công nghệ số, và chính sách pháp luật. Trên cơ sở đó, bài viết đề xuất một số chính sách hỗ trợ nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển của ngành logistics ở vùng kinh tế trọng điểm phía Nam, Việt Nam.The article analyzes the factors influencing the digital transformation of the logistics industry in the southern economic region of Vietnam. By using the PRISMA method and secondary data collected from domestic and international studies, the article identifies the key factors affecting the digital transformation of the logistics sector in this region. These factors include political commitment, tariff incentives, the cultural, social, and economic environment, digital technology, and legal policies. Based on this analysis, the article proposes several supportive policies aimed at promoting the development of the logistics industry in the southern economic hub of Vietnam.
