Logistics management is an economic State management activity in the People's Public Security, playing an important role in protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety. Therefore, the development of logistics human resources for the People's Public Security is a requirement stemming from logistics management practices and the fight against crime. Within the scope of this article, the author proposes some solutions for human resource development to meet the logistics management requirements of the People's Police in the new situation.Quản lý hậu cần là hoạt động quản lý nhà nước về kinh tế trong Công an nhân dân, có vai trò quan trọng trong bảo vệ an ninh quốc gia, bảo đảm trật tự an toàn xã hội. Do đó, việc phát triển nguồn nhân lực hậu cần cho Công an nhân dân là một yêu cầu xuất phát từ thực tiễn quản lý hậu cần và đấu tranh phòng, chống tội phạm. Trong phạm vi bài viết này, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp phát triển nguồn nhân lực đáp ứng yêu cầu quản lý hậu cần của Công an nhân dân trong tình hình mới.
