Cuộc Cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 và đại dịch Covid-19 tác động đến mọi mặt đời sống xã hội, thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số trong quá trình quản lý dạy và học. Xu hướng dạy và học theo mô hình trực tuyến là một xu thế tất yếu trong tương lai. Tuy nhiên, vẫn không thể phủ nhận được vai trò của phương pháp dạy học truyền thống. Chính vì vậy, để quá trình dạy và học đạt kết quả cao thì cần kết hợp giữa phương pháp giảng dạy truyền thống với phương pháp giảng dạy hiện đại. Trong đó, phương pháp dạy học kết hợp giữa trực tiếp và trực tuyến (dạy học kết hợp) được áp dụng rộng rãi. Dạy học kết hợp là một bước chuyển tiếp từ mô hình học tập truyền thống sang mô hình học tập mới. Do đó, việc đầu tư, xây dựng cơ sở hạ tầng, trang thiết bị, nhân sự giảng dạy phục vụ cho dạy học kết hợp cũng là một vấn đề cấp thiết tại Trường Đại học Kinh tế - Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp.The 4th industrial revolution and the Covid-19 pandemic impact all aspects of social life, promoting digital transformation in the teaching and learning management process. The trend of teaching and learning online is an inevitable trend in the future. However, the role of traditional teaching methods cannot be denied. Therefore, in order for the teaching and learning process to achieve high results, it is necessary to combine traditional teaching methods with modern teaching methods. Among them, the teaching method combining face-to-face and online (blended teaching) is widely applied. Blended teaching is a transition from the traditional learning model to the online learning model. Therefore, investing and building infrastructure, equipment, and teaching personnel to serve combined teaching is also an urgent issue at University of Economics - Technology for Industries.
