Nghiên cứu này tiến hành nghiên cứu vấn đề phát triển nhanh và bền vững tại tỉnh Long An trong suốt quá trình xây dựng và phát triển để từ đó liên hệ với điều kiện bền vững ở Việt Nam nhằm đưa ra quan điểm phát triển nhanh và bền vững ở cấp địa phương. Nghiên cứu cũng kết hợp lược khảo các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm của các nhà nghiên cứu và các tổ chức trong nước để chỉ ra các kết quả đạt được và các vấn đề tồn tại trong quá trình phát triển nhanh và bền vững trong bối cảnh tình hình thế giới diễn biến phức tạp, ngày càng khó lường, ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển ổn định, bền vững của Đất nước, trong đó có tỉnh Long An. Trên cơ sở phân tích thực trạng phát triển kinh tế theo hướng nhanh và bền vững, kết hợp với bài học kinh nghiệm của các địa phương tại Việt Nam, cũng như đánh giá các yếu tố mới phát sinh tác động đến phát triển nhanh và bền vững trong thời gian tới, nghiên cứu sẽ đưa ra định hướng và giải pháp để phát triển nhanh và bền vững Long an góp phần thực hiện mục tiêu phát triển bền vững của Việt Nam.This study investigates the issue of rapid and sustainable development in Long An province throughout the process of construction and development, thereby relating it to sustainable conditions in Vietnam in order to propose a perspective on rapid and sustainable development at the local level. The study also combines a review of empirical studies by domestic researchers and organizations to point out the achievements and existing problems in the process of rapid and sustainable development in the context of the complex and increasingly unpredictable world situation, affecting the stable and sustainable development of the country, including Long An province. Based on the analysis of the current situation of rapid and sustainable economic development, combined with lessons learned from localities in Vietnam, as well as assessing newly emerging factors affecting rapid and sustainable development in the coming time, the study will provide orientations and solutions for rapid and sustainable development in Long An, contributing to the implementation of Vietnam's sustainable development goals.
