Nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động của việc áp dụng quản trị rủi ro doanh đến giá trị thị trường của các doanh nghiệp ngành môi giới chứng khoán niêm yết trên thị trường Việt Nam. Sử dụng dữ liệu gồm 36 doanh nghiệp trong ngành môi giới chứng khoán trong giai đoạn 2018 - 2022, kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra rằng, việc áp dụng quản trị rủi ro doanh nghiệp toàn diện giúp gia tăng giá trị doanh nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu sẽ trở thành nguồn tài liệu tham khảo cho các doanh nghiệp trong việc xây dựng quy trình quản trị rủi ro toàn diện theo thông lệ quốc tế cũng như cho các cơ quan quản lý trong việc đưa ra các hướng dẫn, quy định trong việc kiểm tra và giám sát hệ thống quản trị rủi ro trong doanh nghiệp.This study investigates the impact of applying comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) along with business-specific determinants on the market value of listed security firms on the Vietnam stock market. Using data of 36 securities firms on in the period of 2018 - 2022, our findings show that applying ERM leads to the increase in the value of securitiy firms. This is important for companies to build comprehensive risk management processes according to international practices in the context of a volatile economy, and for financial authorities in providing more specific instructions and regulations in supervising risk management systems at financial institutions.
