Chủ quyền nhân dân là một nguyên tắc nền tảng trong thực tiễn tổ chức và thực thi quyền lực nhà nước ở các nhà nước dân chủ. Bài viết trình bày khái quát về nguyên tắc chủ quyền nhân dân và phân tích các quy định của Hiến pháp năm 2013, pháp luật hiện hành của Việt Nam, từ đó, chỉ ra một số vấn đề cần nghiên cứu hoàn thiện nhằm bảo đảm nguyên tắc này ở nước ta thời gian tới.The principle of the people’s sovereignty is fundamental in the organization and exercise of state power in democratic states. This article presents an overview of the principle of people’s sovereignty, analyzing the provisions of the 2013 Constitution and current Vietnamese laws. It identifies areas requiring further research and refinement to ensure the application of this principle in our country in the future.
