Bài viết phân tích, bình luận quy định về hình phạt cảnh cáo đối với người chưa thành niên phạm tội trong Bộ luật Hình sự năm 2015, sửa đổi, bổ sung năm 2017 và đề xuất tiếp tục quy định, mở rộng phạm vi áp dụng hình phạt này đôi với người chưa thành niên phạm tội trên cơ sở so sánh với các quy định của pháp luật quốc tế và kinh nghiệm lập pháp của một số quốc gia.This article analyzes and comments on the provisions regarding the penalty of warning for juvenile offenders in the 2015 Criminal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017. It proposes the continuation and expansion of the application of this penalty for juvenile offenders, based on comparisons with international law and the legislative practices of various countries.
