at the same time, on the basis of the Documents of the 13 th National Congress and the Communist Party’s resolutions and conclusions on judicial reform, on building and completing the socialist rule-of-law State of Vietnam, especially the contents and requirements set out in Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW
from there, proposes and recommends solutions to strengthen the role and responsibility of the People’s Procuracy to meet the requirements of building and completing the Vietnamese socialist rule-of-law State in the new period.
