Describe the current state of anxiety, depression, and stress in patients with malignant blood diseases at the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center of Bach Mai Hospital in 2024. Subjects and methods of research: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 390 patients at the Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center of Bach Mai Hospital from February 2024 to August 2024. Results: The proportion of patients in the study with anxiety disorders, depression, and stress was 46.2%, 38.5%, and 22.8%, respectively. Conclusions: The results showed that the rate of anxiety disorders, depression, and stress in patients was relatively high. Patients should be closely monitored for clinical symptoms and supported with palliative treatment.Mô tả thực trạng lo âu, trầm cảm, stress ở người mắc bệnh máu ác tính tại Trung tâm Huyết học - Truyền máu, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai năm 2024. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 390 người bệnh tại Trung tâm Huyết học - Truyền máu, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ 2/2024-8/2024. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ người bênh trong nghiên cứu có rối loạn lo âu, trầm cảm và stress lần lượt là 46,2%, 38,5% và 22,8%. Kết luận: Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ rối loạn lo âu, trầm cảm và stress ở người bệnh tương đối cao. Người bệnh nên được theo dõi chặt chẽ các triệu chưng lâm sàng và hỗ trợ điều trị giảm nhẹ.
