Expanding the sources of Vietnamese criminal law in the direction of allowing other laws, especially specialized laws stipulating crimes and punishments, is an issue that needs attention. Building provisions on crimes and penalties in specialized legal documents not only does not conflict with the provisions on crimes and penalties in the Criminal Code, but it is also a necessary additional source for the Criminal Code to ensure the requirements of preventing and combating crimes in the new situation.Mở rộng nguồn của pháp luật hình sự Việt Nam theo hướng cho phép các luật khác, đặc biệt là các luật chuyên ngành quy định tội phạm và hình phạt là vấn đề cần được quan tâm. Việc xây dựng quy định tội phạm và hình phạt trong các văn bản luật chuyên ngành không những không mâu thuẫn với việc quy định tội phạm và hình phạt trong Bộ luật Hình sự, mà nó là nguồn bổ sung cần thiết cho Bộ luật Hình sự đế đảm bảo yêu cầu đấu tranh phòng, chống tội phạm trong tình hình mới.
