The article is the result of a study on the current status of management of vocational practice activities in the Faculty of Refrigeration, College of Technology II. The study identifies strengths and limitations, causes of the current situation, assesses factors affecting management effectiveness. The main findings show that although infrastructure and the quality of teaching staff significantly impact training quality, there are still challenges in setting clear goals and updating teaching methods to reflect actual needs.
