Building a digital learning society is a key strategy to promote digital transformation in education and various sectors in Vietnam. This is a necessary step to enhance the quality of education and develop a workforce that meets the demands of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, this process faces challenges such as underdeveloped IT infrastructure, limited technological workforce capacity, and insufficient awareness of lifelong learning.
