Ngày 18/01/2024, Quốc hội khóa XV đã thông qua Luật đất đai năm 2024, có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2025 với nhiều điểm mới đáng chú ý, đặc biệt là vấn đề lập quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất. Theo đó, Luật đất đai năm 2024 hướng tới đổi mới và nâng cao chất lượng quy hoạch, kế hoạch sử dụng đất, từ đó phát huy hiệu quả nguồn lực từ đất đai, tránh lãng phí, đảm bảo sự phù hợp, thống nhất, đồng bộ, ổn định, gắn kết chặt chẽ và thúc đẩy lẫn nhau giữa các cấp quy hoạch, phát triển nền kinh tế - xã hội, an ninh - quốc phòng.On January 18, 2024, the XV National Assembly passed the Land Law in 2024, effective from January 1, 2025 with many notable new points, especially the issue of creating land use master plan and land use plan.
