Quá trình triển khai, thi hành một số quy định của Bộ luật Tố tụng hình sự về khiếu nại, tố cáo, vai trò của Viện kiểm sát nhân dân về giải quyết khiếu nại, tố cáo trong tố tụng hình sự đã được khẳng định. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn một số khó khăn, vướng mắc cần tháo gỡ nhằm thực hiện tốt chức năng, nhiệm vụ của ngành Kiểm sát, góp phần bảo đảm quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của cá nhân, cơ quan, tổ chức.Through the process of implementing and enforcing some provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code on complaints and denunciations, the role of the People’s Procuracy in resolving complaints and denunciations in criminal proceedings has been confirmed. However, there are still some difficulties and obstacles that need to be resolved in order to well perform the functions and tasks of the Procuracy, contributing to ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of individuals, agencies and organizations.
