trên cơ sở đó, phân tích một số nội dung còn có ý kiến khác nhau trong Dự thảo Luật tư pháp người chưa thành niên của Việt Nam và đề xuất hưởng quy định phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn quốc tế.This article analyzes and compares the international legal framework and Vietnamese law of juvenile justice, thereby pointing out the theoretical and practical foundations of building a specialized law on this issue in Vietnam
on that basis, analyzing some contents with different opinions in Vietnamese Draft Law of Juvenile Justice and proposing regulatory direction consistent with international standards.
