The management of activities for the development of primary school teachers in Vung Tau City has achieved certain results. However, there are still some shortcomings and limitations. This article is based on the theoretical foundation of activities for the development of primary school teachers to conduct a survey on the current status of managing these activities in Vung Tau City, and from there, propose some management measures for the development of primary school teachers in a scientific and feasible manner.
