In the context of the current educational renovation, teacher training plays a crucial role, with Learning Management Systems (LMS) serving as an effective solution. This study provides an overview of LMS, its benefits, and application models in teacher training. It then describes the current status of LMS usage at Vinh University. Based on these findings, the study proposes solutions to enhance the effective use of LMS.
