Besides the above advantages, high schools still face many difficulties in the initial stages of applying the 2018 General Education Program for English, specifically: due to the habit of teaching heavily on vocabulary and grammar, when approaching teaching English according to the 2018 General Education Program with the goal of forming and developing communication skills, it is a big challenge for many teachers
  the management of teaching activities in some high schools still focuses on content management without paying attention to management according to the goal of developing students’ capacity
  has not met the requirements of current general education reform.
