Modern volleyball has high requirements for students’ strength capacity, which is expressed in a significant level of jump height, quickness to perform different movements, speed of movement, and is of great significance for the demonstration of endurance and dexterity. In competition activities, physical strength qualities are combined with the quickness of movement within a certain range of movement techniques.Through training tasks, we see that not only is it necessary to simply train the strength of motor reactions, but it is also necessary to know how to harmoniously combine with the training of movement strength in movement techniques and hitting techniques to improve performance. Thus, after the survey, the lecturers selected 4 solutions with over 70% of the proposed solutions to develop speed strength for students of the 2021 Physical Education class.
