Learning English by students at universities in Vietnam is becoming an indispensable part of their learning and personal development. In order to help students learn better in an integrated environment, English has been included in the training and teaching programs of all faculties and departments of universities. However, in reality, teaching and learning English in Vietnam in general and at universities in particular still has many problems. Analyzing factors affecting students’ learning of English is important to improving the quality of English teaching.
