In recent years, the Vietnamese e-commerce market (e-commerce) has been increasingly expanding and in particular, many businesses have applied virtual reality and augmented reality to e-commerce to get closer to the market. customers, serving consumers’ home shopping needs. With the support of Internet infrastructure and modern technology applications, e-commerce has become an important pillar in the country’s digital economic development process. The application of virtual reality and augmented reality has been highly effective in solving indirect transaction problems, meeting economic benefits for businesses, saving time and providing providing convenience to consumers and aiming to serve customers’ diverse shopping needs.
