Determining the compliance rate of infection control measures in the practice of placing central intravennous lines among medical staff and some related factors at Blood Transfusion and Hematology Hospital. Methods: A prospective descriptive cross-sectional study conducted on 12 medical staff, performing central venous catheterization in 163 cases, with 326 observations. Time to collect research data: from June 2022 to June 2023. Calculate the frequency and percentage (%) of the sample characteristics, using descriptive statistics for the qualitative variable. Result: The overall compliance rate with infection control in the practice of intravascular catheterization of medical staff is 70.86%. The study found that the title and professional qualifications are related to this compliance of health workes. Conclusion: The level of infection control in the practice of establishing central venous lines by medical staff at Blood Transfusion and Hematology hospitals has not been optimal. The hospital supports training, intervention and practice of maintenance attacks and increases the intensity of procedures in health care workers, contributing to reducing infectious diseases, improving treatment efficiency and providing optimal care.Xác định tỷ lệ tuân thủ biện pháp kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn trong thực hành đặt đường truyền TMTT của nhân viên y tế (NVYT) và một số yếu tố liên quan tại bệnh viện Truyền máu Huyết học. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả tiến cứu tiến hành trên 12 nhân viên y tế, thực hiện đặt đường truyền cho 163 ca bệnh, với 326 quan sát. Thời gian thu thập số liệu: từ tháng 06/2022 đến tháng 06/2023. Tính tần số và tỷ lệ (%) của các đặc tính mẫu, dùng thống kê mô tả cho biến định tính. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ tuân thủ chung biện pháp KSNK trong thực hành đặt đường truyền TMTT của nhân viên là 70,86%. Nghiên cứu tìm thấy yếu tố chức danh, trình độ có ảnh hưởng đến sự tuân thủ của NVYT. Kết luận: Mức độ tuân thủ KSNK trong thực hành đặt đường truyền TMTT của NVYT tại bệnh viện Truyền máu Huyết học chưa đạt được tối ưu. Bệnh viện đẩy mạnh công tác đào tạo, can thiệp thực hành nhằm duy trì và nâng cao mức độ tuân thủ ở NVYT góp phần giảm NKBV, nâng cao hiệu quả điều trị và chăm sóc một cách tối ưu.
