Along with the development of society, mental health disorders are a concern not only in one country, but at the global. Due to occupational characteristics, medical staff often have high prevalence of stress, especially nurses. Objectives: This study aims to describe the current situation of stress, anxiety, depression of nurses and association with related factors at National Geriatric Hospital in 2023. Method: It was a cross-sectional study with systematicsampling and conducted on 209 nurses who directly support and care for patients at National Geriatric Hospital. The nurses answered according to a pre-designed questionnaire and the stress, anxiety and depression assessed by the DASS 21 scale. Results: the proportion of nurses with stress, anxiety, and depression were 18.7%, 43.5%, 29.7%, respectively. Most are mild and moderate stage. Nurses in Resuscitation - Emergency and Outpatient and Subclinical units have higher rates of stress, anxiety, and depression. The nurse's age, seniority in work, not having a home, and distance from residence to the hospital increase the risk of stress, anxiety, and depression (p <
0.05). Conclusion: It is necessary to screen frequently mental health problems for nurses.Mô tả thực trạng stress, lo âu, trầm cảm của điều dưỡng viên (ĐDV) và một số yếu tố liên quan tại Bệnh viện Lão khoa trung ương (BVLKTW) năm 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp: nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang và chọn mẫu toàn bộ, được tiến hành trên 209 ĐDV trực tiếp hỗ trợ, chăm sóc người bệnh tại BVLKTW. ĐDV trả lời theo bộ câu hỏi được thiết kế sẵn dựa trên thang đo DASS 21. Kết quả: tỷ lệ ĐDV có stress, lo âu, trầm cảm lần lượt là 18,7%, 43,5%, 29,7%, đa số ở mức độ nhẹ và vừa. Điều dưỡng ở các đơn vị Hồi sức - Cấp cứu và Khám bệnh - Cận lâm sàng có tỷ lệ stress, lo âu, trầm cảm cao hơn. Tuổi của ĐDV, thâm niên công tác, không có nhà riêng, khoảng cách từ nơi ở tới bệnh viện làm tăng nguy cơ mắc stress, lo âu, trầm cảm (p <
0,05). Kết luận: Cần tổ chức khám tầm soát, phát hiện sớm các vấn đề về sức khỏe tâm thần cho ĐDV.
