Đánh giá nồng độ TAS (Total Antioxidant Status) và MDA (Malondialdehyde) trong máu của người bệnh tăng huyết áp (THA). Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang có đối chứng, tiến hành tại thành phố Thái Nguyên ở 126 người tuổi 40-69, gồm nhóm bệnh: 67 người THA và nhóm chứng: 59 người không THA. Đánh giá trạng thái chống oxy hóa bằng chỉ số TAS và MDA huyết tương (HT). Nồng độ TAS HT được đo trên máy AU480 của hãng Beckman coulter. Nồng độ MDA HT được đo trên máy UV-Vis. Kết quả: Trung bình nồng độ TAS HT ở nhóm THA là 1,57 ± 0,18 mmol/L thấp hơn nhóm chứng (1,88 ± 0,14 mmol/L)
nồng độ MDA HT ở nhóm THA (2,24 ± 0,36 nmol/ml) cao hơn nhóm chứng (2,01 ± 0,36 nmol/mL) với p<
0,001 trong cả 2 trường hợp. Ở nhóm người THA, nồng độ MDA HT trung bình của những người có huyết áp trên 140/90 mmHg (2,29 ± 0,36 nmol/mL) cao hơn so v ới nồng độ MDA HT ở những người có huyết áp dưới 140/90 mmHg (2,12 ± 0,33 nmol/mL), với p=0,08. Kết luận: Nhóm người THA có nồng độ tổng các chất chống oxy hóa HT (TAS) thấp hơn và nồng độ MDA HT cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê so với nồng độ TAS HT và MDA HT tương ứng ở nhóm chứng.Evaluate the concentration of TAS (total antioxidant status) and MDA (malondialdehyde) in the blood of hypertensive patients. Subjects and methods: A controlled cross-sectional study, was conducted in Thai Nguyen City in 126 people aged 40-69, including two groups: 67 hypertensive and 59 nonhypertensive persons. The assess antioxidant status using plasma TAS and MDA index. Plasma TAS concentration was measured on an automatic biochemical machine AU 480 from Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. Plasma MDA concentration was measured on a UV-Vis machine. The study was conducted from February 2023 to December 2023. Results: the average plasma TAS concentration in the hypertensive group was 1.57 ± 0.18 mmol/L lower than the control group (1.88 ± 0.14 mmol/L). The average plasma MDA concentration in the hypertensive group was 2.24 ± 0.36 nmol/ml higher than the control group (2.01 ± 0.36 nmol/mL) with p <
0.001 in both cases. In the group of hypertensive patients, the plasma MDA concentration of people with blood pressure above 140/90 mmHg was 2.29 ± 0.36 nmol/mL higher than the plasma MDA concentration in people with blood pressure below 140 /90 mmHg (2.12 ± 0.33 nmol/mL), with p=0.08. Conclusion: In the group of hypertensive patients, plasma total antioxidants (TAS) concentrations were lower and plasma MDA concentrations were statistically significantly higher than plasma TAS and plasma MDA concentrations in the control group.
