Based on the requirements to achieve literary capacity according to the 2018 Literature General Education Program, combined with the results of a survey of the current status of teaching and developing literary capacity for students in grades 4 and 5, the article proposes six teaching measures to develop literary capacity for students in grades 4 and 5. Những hoạt động này giúp học sinh không chỉ tiếp cận với văn học từ góc độ học thuật, mà còn phát triển một mối quan hệ sâu đậm với văn học, tạo không gian cho học sinh hoạt động sáng tạo.
