Việt Nam đang trong quá trình thực hiện quá trình công nghiệp hoá, hiện đại hoá đất, mở rộng mối quan hệ hữu nghị hợp tác với tất cả các quốc gia trên thế giới. Đây là thời cơ để nước ta có thể sánh vai với các cường quốc năm châu trên thế giới. Đồng thời, cũng đặt ra những thách thức không nhỏ đối với nguồn nhân lực ở Việt Nam, đặc biệt là nguồn nhân lực công nghệ thông tin. Nghiên cứu tiến hành phân tích đặc điểm của nguồn nhân lực công nghệ thông tin và đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển nguồn nhân lực công nghệ thông tin trong quá trình chuyển đổi số ở Việt Nam.Vietnam is in the process of industrializing and modernizing the land, expanding friendly and cooperative relationships with all countries in the world. This is an opportunity for our country to be able to compare with the powers of five continents in the world. At the same time, it also poses significant challenges for human resources in Vietnam, especially information technology human resources. In the article, the author analyzes some characteristics of information technology (IT) human resources and proposes some solutions for developing IT human resources during the digital transformation process in Vietnam.
