Bài viết này đánh hiện trạng sản xuất và phát sinh bụi của một số công ty luyện thép ở khu vực miền Bắc Việt Nam. Kết quả khảo sát cho thấy, hầu hết bụi phát sinh từ quá trình luyện thép được các đơn vị chuyển giao cho đơn vị đối tác xử lý theo quy định đối với chất thải nguy hại (CTNH). Tuy nhiên, khối lượng bụi thải luyện thép được tuần hoàn tái sử dụng rất thấp so với khối lượng phát thải. Để giải quyết một cách hiệu quả các vấn đề trên, nhóm tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp sau liên quan tới chính sách, công nghệ, nhằm tiết kiệm chi phí và bảo vệ môi trường ngành Luyện kim.This study assessed the current production and dust release of steelmakers in the north of Vietnam. The study found that most of the dust released from the steel refining process by steelmakers is delivered to treating companies in accordance with hazardous waste management regulations. However, the amount of steel dust that is recycled is lower than the released one. To solve this problem, the study proposed some recommendations about policies and technology to save costs and limit the environmental impacts of steel dust.
