In the socialist-oriented market economy, there is a close relationship between the State, the market and society, supporting and complementing each other in the process of performing their roles and functions. The State - market - society relationship is a major and fundamental relationship that requires a harmonious settlement in the process of socio-economic development. A good solution to this relationship is to contribute to realizing the goal of turning our country into a modern industrialized, socialist-oriented country by the middle of the twenty-first century.Trong nền kinh tế thị trường định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa, giữa Nhà nước, thị trường và xã hội có quan hệ chặt chẽ, hỗ trợ, bổ sung cho nhau trong quá trình thực hiện vai trò, chức năng của mình. Mối quan hệ Nhà nước - thị trường - xã hội là mối quan hệ lớn, cơ bản, đòi hỏi phải giải quyết hài hòa trong tiến trình phát triển kinh tế - xã hội. Giải quyết tốt mối quan hệ này chính là góp phần hiện thực hóa mục tiêu đưa nước ta trở thành một nước công nghiệp hiện đại, theo định hướng xã hội chủ nghĩa vào giữa thế kỷ XXI.
