Laska, which is widely known and has the scientific name Polygonum odoratum, belongs to the Polygonaceae family and the Polygonum genus. It has many biologically active substances, such as flavonoids, polyphenols, terepenoids, etc. Polyphenols in Laska are extracted by the ultrasound assisted extraction method. This study investigated the factors affecting the total polyphenol extraction conditions, such as type of solvent, material/solvent ratio, solvent concentration, temperature, and extraction time. The study’s results showed that the total polyphenol content is 61,610 ± 0,693mg GAE/g (converted to gallic acid/g dry powder) under the following extraction conditions: ethanol solvent with ethanol concentration of 50%
extraction temperature of 60°C
extraction time of 2 hours
and the raw material/solvent ratio of 1/5.Rau răm là loại cây có nguồn gốc tự nhiên và được nhiều người biết đến có tên khoa học là Polygonum odoratum, thuộc họ rau răm Polygonaceae, thuộc chi Polygonum, chứa nhiều hoạt chất sinh học như: flavonoid, polyphenol, terepenoid... Polyphenol trong rau răm được chiết bằng phương pháp hỗ trợ siêu âm. Nghiên cứu nhằm khảo sát các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến điều kiện chiết polyphenol tổng: dung môi, tỷ lệ nguyên liệu/dung môi, nồng độ của dung môi, nhiệt độ và thời gian chiết. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, hàm lượng polyphenol tổng trong rau răm là 61,610 ± 0,693mg GAE/g (quy về gallic acid/g bột khô) ứng với điều kiện chiết: Dung môi ethanol với nồng độ ethanol 50%
nhiệt độ chiết 60°
thời gian: 2 giờ
tỷ lệ nguyên liệu/dung môi là 1/5.
