Hoàn thiện khuôn khổ pháp lý cho thị trường chứng khoán là hết sức quan trọng, trong đó có việc đưa ra các quy định chặt chẽ và toàn diện về hoạt động công bố thông tin của các công ty niêm yết trên sàn giao dịch chứng khoán. Điều này sẽ giúp thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam an toàn hơn, công bằng hơn, minh bạch hơn, đảm bảo quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của nhà đầu tư, xây dựng lòng tin, giúp họ an tâm khi tiếp cận thông tin công bố trên sàn giao dịch chứng khoán. Bài viết này đề cập đến những bất cập trong việc bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích của nhà đầu tư về công bố thông tin và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả công bố thông tin của các công ty niêm yết, nhằm bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích của nhà đầu tư trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam.Perfecting the legal framework for the stock market is crucial, including the introduction of strict and comprehensive regulations on the information disclosure activities of companies listed on the stock exchange. This will help make the stock market in Vietnam safer, fairer, and more transparent, ensuring the legal rights and interests of investors, building trust, and making them feel secure when accessing the information published on the stock exchange. This article addresses the shortcomings in protecting the rights and interests of investors in terms of information disclosure and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of information disclosure by listed companies, in order to protect the rights and interests of investors in the Vietnamese stock market.
