Method: Using a descriptive research design to survey 146 health workers on knowledge, attitudes and practices on classification and collection of medical solid waste. Results: 93.1% of health workers had good knowledge of the classification of medical solid waste
68.5% of health workers had good knowledge of the collection of medical solid waste
95.9% of health workers had a positive attitude about the management of medical solid waste. Conclusion: The percentage of health workers who have knowledge, attitude and practice of sorting and collecting medical solid waste is high.Mô tả kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành của nhân viên y tế về phân loại, thu gom chất thải rắn y tế tại bệnh viện trường Đại học Y khoa Vinh năm 2022. Phương pháp: Sử dụng thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang khảo sát 146 nhân viên y tế về kiến thức, thái độ, thực hành về phân loại, thu gom chất thải rắn y tế. Kết quả: 93,1% nhân viên y tế có kiến thức đạt về phân loại chất thải rắn y tế
68,5% nhân viên y tế có kiến thức đạt về thu gom CTRYT
95,9% nhân viên y tế có thái độ tích cực về công tác quản lý chất thải rắn y tế. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế có kiến thức về thái độ và thực hành về phân loại, thu gom chất thải rắn y tế đạt mức cao.
